Back to yourself

A broken heart is worth more than a fulfilled heart. A broken heart makes you grow. It shows you aspects of yourself that you would never have willingly explored. It reveals how fragile you are. It teaches you humility. It teaches you to bear humiliations with a certain grace you never knew existed within you. It brings you back to yourself because ultimately no one can heal that heart except your own self. Shard by shard, by shard.
